Our Founder and CEO, Victor, is celebrating his FIRST Father’s Day! Stella Catalina was born December 22, 2018 and is a healthy, thriving and happy baby girl!

Thoughts from Victor on Father’s Day:
“I don’t look at it as a day to celebrate me as a dad - I look at it as another day to celebrate my family!"
Some of my favorite things about being a Dad:
1. Waking up every morning to her smiling face, and hearing her talk to herself in her crib
2. Stella gives us purpose
3. I get to be silly all the time
4. A deep feeling of love that I’ve never had before
5. I get a new best friend (my wife, Melissa, is the other) that wants to hang out with me all the time.
Things I enjoy doing with Stella:
1. (Try to) make her laugh
2. Sing to her
3. Smother her with kisses
4. Play with her toys (with her of course)
5. Go on adventures
My guiding bible verse as a new parent:
Matthew 13: 45-46 "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls. When he found one very precious pearl, he went away and sold all he had and bought it."
I love this verse because Stella is our pearl, our treasure. It is a millennial stigma to think that kids are limiting and restricting. It’s quite the opposite.
The best piece of advice I have received about being a parent:
Make them feel safe from the outside world, but prepare them to be competent in the outside world.
