The addition of the gift box option for the hardcover planners is not intended as additional shipping protection. Some customers like to have it for convenience in gifting and storing planners. It does have the added benefit of being another layer over your planner during shipping but whether you order the gift box or not you can expect your planner to be delivered undamaged.

Yes, it takes a little coercing at the start of the year, but once in the middle of the book it does lay flat naturally.

International Shipments:
Under normal circumstances, international delivery is 3-4 weeks, however, during this busy time, it can take twice as long. We appreciate your patience with these orders but know your Christian Planner is on it's way to you

The Undated Christian Planner has all the same content as our dated planners, except, it doesn’t have the dates printed in it.  The calendars are blank so you can use the planner when and how you want to.

We use various versions of the Bible throughout the planner; including KJV, NLT,NIV, NKJV, etc. We currently do not offer any specific versions of our planner. 

2024 Christian Planner & Undated Christian Planner are both 80 lbs. 

The Faith & Focus is 70 lb. paper. 

The Daily Prayer Journal is 60 lb. paper.

If ANY product arrives damaged, please submit an exchange request with pictures of all damaged parts here. Once we receive your request, we will get in touch with you regarding your replacement.

We don't take returns, it's more cost efficient for everyone if we just handle refunds.

You can use multiple gift card codes on a single order.

However, there is no way to move the balance of one gift card code to another gift card code. In that situation please keep track of both gift card codes.

Yes, gift cards expire 2 years after the time purchased / issued.

You can use the link you received when you first ordered the gift card, or reach our to support@christianplanner.com and we can recover the gift card code for you.

Yes. If you used a gift card to pay for the purchase, then you can apply the refund to the gift card.

If you purchased using a gift card and other methods of payment, then we can manually change the refund amount that is applied to each payment method.
