How to Create Your Vision Board

Are you stumped on the type of vision board you wish to create?

Maybe you’re hesitant to write your Vision in your Christian Planner because you’re not sure how it will come out?

Here’s a tip that we hope will help you get started: your vision board can be any style or design you want.

Whatever your style is your vision board should fit it. Vision boards can be as wild, colorful, subdued, or organized as you wish. Your vision board is yours. It should speak to you in a very personal way.

Don’t get caught up in how it “should” look or think that you aren’t creative enough to do this. God has given each of us the unique talents and abilities to help build His kingdom.

Exodus 35:35 He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers.

However, we understand it may be challenging to get started. Here are a few creative ways to create your vision board.

  1. Frame out the words, Bible verses, quotes, and inspirational phrases with strips of paper, washi tape, markers or colored pencils and pens.
  2. Add stars, stickers, stamps or doodles, to emphasize a point.
  3. By the way, your vision board doesn’t have to be a board (or in your planner) at all! String a piece of twine along a wall and hang your verses and images to it with clips like clothespins or clips.

Your vision board is personal. It should reflect your walk with Christ and your Godly goals. What other ideas do you have to personalize your Vision Board?

Blessings to you and your family.
