Below are some frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.


How do I return a product?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


What items are returnable for exchanges? 

  • Products within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and sealed condition
  • In the original packaging


What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Dated products such as the 2020 Christian Planner. Due to the time-sensitive nature of dated products, we cannot accept returns for refunds after January 30th of the product year. 
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Discounted add-On items that are offered at a special price with your purchase. 


The item I received is damaged.

This happens from time to time with our delivery partners.  If the purchased product is damaged, submit an exchange request within 7 days of the delivered date and take a photo of the damage and upload it to the exchange form.  If the damaged photo is approved, you will not need to ship it back to us. A replacement product will then be shipped.  


Can items be exchanged?

The exchange of purchased items for the same product in a different color is only allowed within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once your product is returned to our warehouse, the unused item will be inspected, and if the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)


How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
