We stand behind our products and our family (you). If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product, reach out to the CP Happiness Team within 30 days of your purchase and we will take care of you.
Below are some frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return a product?
- Contact us at Support@ChristianPlanner.com via email with your order number and the email address you used for your order to start the process.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Please note: you will need to pay the shipping cost to return the item to us.
What items can be returned?
- Any products within 30 days from the date of receipt. (Excluding free gifts or final sale items.)
- Returns must be mailed within 15 days of return request to be eligible for a refund. Please keep your return tracking information for follow up as needed.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Due to the time-sensitive nature of dated products such as the 2021 Christian Planner, we cannot accept returns for refunds after January 30th of the product year.
- Products that have been used.
- Any Gift With Purchase or free item as part of your original purchase
- Any original shipping charges paid
The item I received is damaged.
This happens from time to time with our delivery partners. If the purchased product is damaged, submit an exchange request within 7 days of the delivered date and take a photo of the damage and email us at Support@ChristianPlanner.com. If the damaged photo is approved, you will not need to ship it back to us. A replacement product will then be shipped.
Can items be exchanged?
The exchange of purchased items for the same product in a different color is only allowed within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once your product is returned to our warehouse, the unused item will be inspected, and if the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
How do I ship back the items?
Instructions will be sent via email when your return is approved.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. Longer processing times are expected during holidays and high volume periods. If approved, the refund request (minus the original shipping charge) will be processed within 5 - 7 business days to your original method of payment.
