Wisdom is free for the taking. We simply have to look to God for it. He speaks to us all the time, but we can only hear Him when we are listening.
So how do we listen for Him? We listen best when we are live in the fear of not doing as He instructs us. This kind of fear will drive us to Him, because we want to bring Him joy.
We bring Him joy when we do as He has called us to do. He is who we must mine from. His well is living water. Our every need will be provided for when we seek to delight in Him.
Let us be loyally committed ones. Who do not follow in the footsteps of the world. Rather, we recognize our higher purpose and live honestly. Contentment in all we do is drawn from a life lived well in the parameters He has set for us.
And here’s why: God gives out Wisdom free, is plain spoken in Knowledge and Understanding. He’s a rich mine of Common Sense for those who live well, a personal bodyguard to the candid and sincere. He keeps his eye on all who live honestly, and pays special attention to his loyally committed ones.

God, Help us to live in a healthy fear of You. We want to make You proud of the lives we lead. We want to honor the guidelines You have set for us. Help us to seek You. Help us to pray to You in every instance of our lives. We want to draw from You and You alone. Lead us in Your footsteps and away from the worlds. Amen.
