Change is difficult. We do not often welcome it. This is because change means being uncomfortable. It requires us to seek dependence away from the comfort of certainty. It forces us to find reliance beyond ourselves and our circumstances. Change is necessary. It can shape our relationship with God in tremendous ways. Change is an opportunity to sharpen our ability to depend on Him rather than ourselves and those around us. We were never meant to be reliant on the world. We were always meant to seek dependence in Him for all things. Let us lean into change with open hearts and minds as change will inevitably come our way.
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens

A Prayer for Our Community:
Heavenly Father, Thank You for the change that you allow to move into our lives. Help us to be welcoming of the seasons that are filled with change as they grow our capacity for what You have for us. We trust You with our whole lives. Strengthen us to know that You have a plan and all we have to do is follow You. Take fear out of the equation and let us lean into You to inform every decision we are faced with. In Your name we pray. Amen.
